Your Honda Talon 1000R takes a beating on the trail, and the stock A-arms are often the first casualty. Rocks, stumps, and rough terrain hit them hard, and when they bend or break, you're stuck. These Atlas Pro A-Arms give you much thicker, stronger arms that can handle the abuse without folding.
Built Tougher Than Stock
The tubing here measures 1.5 inches in diameter—that's a full 0.5 inches thicker than what Honda bolted on from the factory. Compared to our standard A-arm design, you're getting an extra 0.25 inches of diameter. The walls themselves are 0.138 inches thick, so you've got real meat in these things. SuperATV wraps everything in UV-resistant powder coating to fight rust and corrosion over time.
Camber Adjustment Built In
The pivot blocks come pre-set to factory specs, so you bolt them on and you're ready to roll. But if you add weight from gear or decide to lift your machine later, you can dial in the camber yourself. This keeps your tires wearing evenly and helps the whole suspension feel dialed in.
Ball Joint Options
You've got two choices here. The Heavy Duty ball joints use hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating, built to handle serious punishment. Lab testing shows they take double the load of an OEM joint. Both versions have grease zerks you can actually reach, and both are adjustable so maintenance stays simple.
Step up to the Super Duty 300M joints if you want the strongest option available. The 300M steel is the toughest ball joint material on the market, engineered to be 2.25 times stronger than factory. Same easy grease access, same adjustable steel-on-steel design.
