Honda Talon 1000R Billet Aluminum Radius Arms

Your Honda Talon's suspension takes a beating on the trail. The radius arms—those suspension links connecting your chassis to the front end—are critical to handling rough terrain and keeping everything working right. Stock arms can bend or wear out, leaving you with loose steering, poor handling, and a lot of downtime. SuperATV's billet aluminum radius arms replace those weak stock pieces with something that'll actually stand up to hard riding.

Built from Solid Billet Aluminum
These aren't hollow tubes or stamped parts. Each arm is machined from a solid bar of 7075-T6 billet aluminum—the same stuff used in aircraft and high-stress applications. The hex-shaped design gives you multiple benefits: it's stiffer, resists twisting, and lets you adjust your alignment without taking everything apart. They look aggressive too, which is just a bonus.

Heim Joints and Thread Protection
At both ends of each arm, you get 3/4-inch heim joints. These ball-and-socket connections move freely and handle the up-and-down motion your suspension needs. The catch? Heim joints can pull the threads clean out of aluminum if you don't reinforce them. That's why these arms come with steel helical inserts threaded into the aluminum. They keep the heim joints locked in tight and won't strip or back out, no matter how hard you push it.
