Honda Talon 1000X Billet Aluminum Radius Arms

These billet aluminum radius arms are built to handle serious off-road use on your Honda Talon. They replace the stock pieces with something way tougher—solid 7075 billet aluminum that won't bend or flex when you're pushing hard on the trail. The whole point is to give you a suspension component that can take abuse without failing.

SuperATV machines these from a 32mm diameter solid billet bar, not hollow tubing. The hex-shaped design adds rigidity and lets you adjust them while they're bolted on—no need to pull anything apart. That's a nice touch when you're dialing in your setup.

Radius arms take a beating at both ends, so we paired them with heavy 3/4" heim joints. The tricky part is keeping those joints from stripping the threads or working loose. That's where the steel helical inserts come in—they reinforce the threaded areas so everything stays put even with constant flex and impact from rough terrain.
