How It's Built
This thing is .160" thick 5052 H32 aircraft-grade aluminum. That's serious material. It shows up with a clear anodize coating that keeps rust away and lets you see the raw metal finish. It'll take a hit from whatever you throw at it and keep on protecting.
Black Powder Coat Option
Want it to look tougher and blend with your bike's frame? You can add a black powder coat finish instead of the clear anodize. Looks mean and stands up to years of riding. If you choose the powder coat, tack on an extra 1 to 2 weeks for shipping.
