If you're riding a Husqvarna FX 450 between 2014 and 2025, this skid plate is built to shield the undercarriage from rocks, roots, and whatever else you hit on the trail. It's made from real aircraft-grade aluminum and bolts right on without any drilling into your frame—just use the heavy-duty brackets we include and you're done.
What You Get
The skid comes as one solid piece of 5052 H32 aluminum, .160 inch thick. It covers the vital stuff underneath your bike. Installation takes minutes thanks to the custom brackets and hardware we throw in—no special tools or modifications needed. Everything mounts clean and stays put.

Finish Options
The standard finish is clear anodize, which gives it a protective layer right out of the box. If you want something tougher-looking, we can add a black powder coat finish for an extra cost. Just know that if you go with the black powder coat, tack on an extra 1–2 weeks for us to get it done and ship it out. You can also grab the clear anodized version and powder coat it yourself if you prefer—the surface comes ready to go.
