The 1/4" polycarbonate we use here is roughly 250 times tougher than regular glass, so it won't shatter from rocks, branches, or rough terrain. It's lightly tinted to cut glare without blocking your view. The rubber bulb seal around the edges keeps air and moisture from sneaking in, while steel brackets hold everything rock-solid — no rattling even on gnarly trails. When you need to take it off, the whole thing comes out in just a few minutes.
