John Deere Gator XUV550 Scratch-Resistant Flip Windshield

Your John Deere Gator XUV550 works hard in all kinds of weather, but that doesn't mean you have to sit there getting pelted by wind, dust, and flying debris. This flip windshield lets you switch between three positions—fully closed, vented, or wide open—so you can dial in whatever feels right for the conditions you're riding in.

What You're Getting

The windshield comes with everything bolted together and ready to mount. You get preinstalled hinges, a bulb seal all the way around, and sturdy gas struts that hold it exactly where you position it. Best part? No drilling required. It bolts on clean, and you won't hear any rattling once it's cinched down.

The Material Matters

SuperATV builds these from 1/4-inch polycarbonate—the same tough plastic used where real impact resistance counts. It's roughly 25 times tougher than acrylic and 250 times tougher than regular glass. Trail rocks, branches, and rough terrain won't shatter it the way they would other windshields.

Scratch-Resistant Coating

On top of the strong polycarbonate, both sides get treated with an XR Optic Hard Coating. This keeps the windshield looking clear even after years of getting scraped and buffeted. The coating also blocks out UV rays, so you won't see the yellowing and hazy spots that show up on cheaper windshields over time.
