John Deere Gator XUV590 Scratch-Resistant Flip Windshield

Weather changes fast out on the trail, and your Gator windshield takes the brunt of it. Rain, dust, flying debris—you need something that can handle whatever comes at you while keeping you comfortable in the cab. This flip windshield lets you adjust on the fly, moving between full protection, vented, and completely open positions so you're ready for anything the day throws at you.

What You're Getting

The windshield arrives mostly put together, which means less time spent on assembly and more time riding. It includes everything you need—gas struts, clamps, a bulb seal—all the small stuff that keeps things tight and rattle-free. No loose parts rattling around after a few miles of rough terrain.

Polycarbonate Construction

The 1/4" polycarbonate material is the real workhorse here. It's 25 times tougher than acrylic and 250 times stronger than regular glass, so rocks kicked up from other riders, branches whipping across the trail, or debris don't leave it shattered and useless. It'll take a beating and keep doing its job.

Scratch and UV Protection

SuperATV applies an XR Optic Hard Coating to both sides of the poly. This keeps scratches from building up during regular use and stops the sun from turning your windshield yellow and cloudy over time. You get years of clear visibility without having to replace it constantly.
