John Deere Gator XUV590 Scratch-Resistant Flip Windshield

Bad weather doesn't have to cut your ride short. This John Deere Gator XUV590 flip windshield lets you switch between three positions—full coverage, vented, or completely open—depending on what the sky throws at you. No more choosing between staying dry and staying cool.

What You're Getting

The windshield arrives partially assembled, so setup takes minutes instead of hours. Everything's included: the polycarbonate panel, mounting hardware, gas struts, clamps, and the bulb seal. All the small stuff is there too, which means you won't be hunting for missing parts when you're ready to install.

Material and Durability

This uses 1/4" polycarbonate, the same tough material you'll find on aircraft windshields. It's way stronger than acrylic or regular glass—we're talking 25 times tougher than acrylic and 250 times tougher than glass. That matters when you're pushing through brush, eating dust from other riders, or catching flying debris on the trail.

SuperATV applies an XR Optic Hard Coating to both sides of the panel. This coating resists scratches from regular wear and tear, and the built-in UV protection keeps the plastic from turning yellow or cloudy over time. You'll stay looking out through a clear windshield for years.
