This Ricochet skid plate bolts right onto your 1991-1994 Kawasaki KDX250 and shields the undercarriage from rocks, logs, stumps, and whatever else you hit out there. Without protection, your engine and frame take the beating—with this plate, it doesn't.
What you're getting: A solid piece of 5052 aircraft-grade aluminum, 0.160 inches thick, that covers the belly of your bike. It comes with heavy-duty brackets and all the hardware you need to mount it up. No drilling or tapping required—everything bolts on straight from the box. Installation is straightforward; you won't be wrestling with this for hours.
The finish: Your skid plate ships with a clear anodize that protects the aluminum and keeps it from oxidizing. That's your base. If you want something that looks a bit more finished, Ricochet can add a black powder coat for you. Just know that the black powder coat option will push your ship date out another week or two while they cure the finish.
