Material and Build

The skid plate itself is 5052 H32 aircraft-grade aluminum, 0.160 inches thick, with a clear anodized finish right out of the box for rust resistance. The mounting brackets are chromoly steel—that's more than twice as strong as regular steel—so they won't bend, break, or rattle loose once you bolt everything down. The hardware is proprietary to this skid, meaning it's engineered to fit your KLX250 perfectly and stay put.

Installation

Powder Coat Option
