Kawasaki KLX250 Ricochet Aluminum Skid Plate

The Ricochet skid plate for your 2006-2021 Kawasaki KLX250 is built to take the hits your undercarriage will face—rocks, logs, stumps, whatever's in your path. We completely redesigned this one from scratch, and now you've got options: go with straight aluminum, or add a UHMW plastic layer on top for extra sliding action and shock absorption when you're really beating it up out there.

Aluminum Or Aluminum Plus Plastic?

The base model is made from 5052-H32 aircraft-grade aluminum, 0.160" thick, with a clear anodized coating that keeps it from corroding. If you want something that'll slide over rocks easier and soak up bigger impacts, go with the aluminum + UHMW combo instead. That plastic layer on top does the heavy lifting when you're sending it hard.
