Built From Real Materials

The plate is cut from 5052 H32 aircraft-grade aluminum, 0.160 inches thick, so it'll take repeated hits without buckling. The mounting brackets are made from Chromoly steel, which is more than twice as strong as regular mild steel. Everything stays tight, won't vibrate loose, and can be removed in minutes whenever you need to service something underneath.

Finish Options

Your skid comes standard with clear anodize, which adds a protective layer and keeps the aluminum from corroding. If you want it in black instead, we can powder coat it for you—just add 1-2 weeks to your ship time and pick that option at checkout.
