Description
Your Kawasaki KX125 ('96–'05) takes a beating when you're out riding, and the undercarriage is one of the first things to get hammered by rocks, roots, and whatever else is hiding in the trail. This Ricochet skid plate is built to absorb those hits so your frame and engine stay intact. It's a straightforward bolt-on that doesn't require any drilling or tapping—just mount it and ride.
What You're Getting
The plate itself is 5052 H32 aircraft-grade aluminum, .160 inch thick, so it's built solid. It comes with custom brackets and all the hardware you need—no hunting around for bolts or figuring out how to make it fit. Two versions depending on your year: SKU 237 for '96–'02, SKU 242 for '03–'05.
Finish Options
Out of the box, it comes with a clear anodize coating that protects the aluminum from corrosion. If you want black instead, we can add a black powder coat finish for you—just plan on an extra 1–2 weeks for shipping since it has to be coated after we build it. Or if you'd rather DIY your own color, the surface is already prepped and ready for you to powder coat yourself at no extra charge.
