2004-2025 KX250F Kickstand
Your KX250F's kickstand takes a beating. It's one of the first things to catch rocks, roots, and uneven ground when you're parked on rough terrain. A Ricochet kickstand is built from chromoly steel and heat-treated carbon steel — the same materials used in aerospace — so it won't bend or fold up when you need it to hold your bike steady on a slope or loose dirt.
Two ways to mount it
Ricochet makes this in two versions depending on what works best for your setup:
- Clamp-on — Grabs onto your swingarm. No drilling, bolts right on in a few minutes.
- Bolt-on — Mounts behind the foot peg. Also no drilling required, same quick install.

Chromoly is used in aircraft because it's strong without being brittle. It absorbs impacts and flexes under stress instead of cracking.
