Two material options give you flexibility depending on your riding style and budget.

• 3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum: Solid, won't rust, proven on the trail. Works for all model years.
• 3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW: The tougher combo. Aluminum gives you strength, and the UHMW glides smooth over rocks and rough ground while eating up impacts. Best for the hard stuff.

Black Powder Coat Finish

Want it to look sharp instead of plain metal? Add a black powder coat — it locks in color and gives your undercarriage a finished appearance.

• Visible Package — $140: Black finish on the bash plate, A-arm guards, and rock sliders (the parts you actually see).
• Complete Package — $225: Everything gets the black treatment — bash plate, guards, sliders, and frame skids for a fully blacked-out look underneath.

Add powder coat and expect an extra 1 to 2 weeks before it ships.
