Two Material Options

• 3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum — Solid strength, proven on the trail, works for any year (2015–2026).
• 3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW — Aluminum does the heavy lifting while a layer of UHMW plastic slides smoothly over rocks and logs, eating up impacts without noise. The tougher choice for serious abuse (2015–2026).

Black Powder Coat Option

Want it to look sharp and protect at the same time? Add a black powder coat finish to your bash plate and frame skids for $110. It looks good, resists rust and scratches, and holds up to the elements. If you go this route, tack on an extra 1 to 2 weeks for shipping while we get that coat on there.
