Built For Your Teryx, Not A Generic Fit

This isn't a one-size-fits-all knockoff. Every piece is made specifically for the 2020-2025 Teryx 800 S and Teryx4 S. The brackets line up, the holes are in the right spots, and everything fastens down tight without any gaps or wobble. Installation is straightforward because it's actually designed for your machine.

Pick Your Material

Aluminum (standard): Solid, rigid, and tough as nails. Best for riders who want maximum strength and don't mind the straightforward metal look. This is the workhorse option.

Hybrid (-P): Combines aluminum construction with a 1/4" layer of self-lubricating UHMW plastic bonded on top. You get the rigidity of aluminum plus the glide of plastic — rocks and roots slide off easier. Great if you mix rocky terrain with rooty sections.

1/2" UHMW (-U): Swaps out just the belly pan for thick 1/2" UHMW polyethylene that slides over obstacles without grabbing. The rest of the kit stays aluminum. This works best if you're constantly dealing with rocky or heavily rooted trails and want that slippery feel underneath.

Want it blacked out? We can coat the aluminum pieces in a durable black powder coat that looks sharp and holds up to the elements.

• Visible Pieces Only (+$100) — Just the front bash plate, frame extensions, and rock sliders get the black treatment. Good option if you're running UHMW and want the aluminum bits to match.
• Whole Kit (+$130) — Everything gets the black finish: bash plate, sliders, frame extensions, and frame skids.

If you add powder coat, plan on an extra 1-2 weeks before it ships.
