Straight Aluminum (F-L): Rock-solid strength and stiffness for serious trail work and big impacts. This is what most riders choose when they want dependable, long-term protection across the whole package.

Hybrid Construction (F-L-P): Takes aluminum and adds a 1/4" layer of UHMW plastic on top — you get the strength of aluminum with self-lubricating UHMW that slides over rocks and roots. Great if you mix different terrain types.

Thick UHMW Belly Pan (F-L-U): Swaps out just the belly pan for a beefy 1/2" UHMW polyethylene skid that glides over rocky or rooted ground with almost no friction. The rest of your guards stay aluminum. Pick this if you're always on technical, rocky terrain.
