Material Options

Aluminum (standard): Tough as they come and won't flex when you hit something hard. Aluminum is your best bet if you want straightforward durability across the whole kit.

Hybrid with UHMW (-P): Combines aluminum's strength with a 1/4" layer of self-lubricating plastic on top. Rocks and roots slide off instead of catching. Works great if you're bouncing between rocky and rooted terrain.

1/2" UHMW Belly Pan (-U): Replaces just the undercarriage skid with a thick plastic pan that slides over obstacles. The rest of the kit stays aluminum. Pick this if you're mostly crawling through rocky or rooted sections.

Want it to look as tough as it performs? You can add a professional black powder coat finish that looks sharp and holds up long-term.

• Whole Kit (+$130) — Black finish on the bash plate, rock sliders, and frame skids.
