Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000 3" Long Travel Kit

Running your Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000 on tight, rocky trails means your suspension takes a beating. This 3" long travel kit rebuilds your whole suspension system from the ground up — wider stance, better ground clearance, and room for bigger rubber. You're swapping out the factory setup for heavy-duty tubed arms, reinforced radius arms, Rhino 2.0 axles, and a beefy tie rod kit. The result is a machine that can handle serious trail abuse without quitting on you.

What You're Getting

The kit ships with four tubed A-arms and two rear trailing arms, all designed to sit high and clear rocks and roots. Two boxed radius arms come pre-adjusted to stock specs but let you dial in your camber for dialed-in handling. Everything runs on UHMW bushings and steel sleeves for durability.

The axle side of things is covered by four Rhino 2.0 units with beefy 4340 chromoly construction. Your steering gets a hard upgrade too — a set of heavy-duty tie rods built from 6061-T6 billet aluminum. Extended brake lines are included so nothing gets stretched too far when you spread the width.

All the small stuff is in there: bushings, sleeves, and hardware. You'll need to source limit straps and track bars separately, and the kit works with your stock ball joints (though upgrading to Heavy-Duty 4340 or Super-Duty 300M options is available at checkout — we can press and install those for you at no extra charge).

The Numbers

Adding 3" to each side gives you 6" of total width increase. That extra room lets you fit tires up to 34" without cutting or rubbing. SuperATV's suspension arms feature fully adjustable pivot blocks on the A-arms and heavy 5/8" heim joints on the radius arms. The 1/8" steel trailing arms are internally gusseted and bent for clearance. Everything carries a lifetime warranty.
