Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000 3" Long Travel Kit

Want your KRX 1000 to handle rougher terrain and fit bigger tires? This 3" long travel suspension kit does exactly that. It spreads your machine 6" wider overall—3" on each side—and opens up room for tires up to 34". You get a completely rebuilt suspension with reinforced arms, gusseted construction, and the kind of durability that laughs at gnarly trail abuse.

What You're Getting

This is a full suspension overhaul. Inside the box you'll find four tubed A-arms with adjustable pivot blocks so you can fine-tune your camber, two high-clearance trailing arms built from 1/8" steel with internal bracing, and two boxed radius arms with 5/8" heim joints—both adjustable right out of the box. Everything comes pre-set to stock specs, so installation is straightforward.

You also get four Rhino 2.0 Axles with oversized CV joints and 4340 chromoly construction, plus a complete heavy-duty tie rod kit made from 6061-T6 billet aluminum. The tie rods feature a distinctive hex design and give you a rock-solid steering feel. Throw in extended brake lines, all necessary bushings, sleeves, and hardware—it's all there.

SuperATV builds these arms with extra bends molded in for ground clearance, and every suspension piece gets a lifetime warranty. The trailing arms pack internal gussets for staying power through years of pounding, while those boxed radius arms handle serious side loads. The tie rod shafts won't flex or bend when you're threading tight sections.

Ball Joint Upgrade Option

The kit works fine with your stock ball joints, but you can step up to Heavy-Duty 4340 or Super-Duty 300M units when you order. Here's the best part—if you go with upgraded joints, we'll press them into your new arms for you at no charge. No need to buy tools or figure out how to do it yourself.
