Built tougher from the inside out

The secret is SuperATV's X24 Technology—a dual-bushing setup with heavy-duty PTFE bushings on both ends of the rack. This locks down internal movement that normally causes damage to your tension spring and wears things out fast. You get a grease fitting right where you need it, so you can keep everything lubricated and happy after muddy or watery days out.

Two tie rod choices

Swaged tube option: Steel tubing that flares out at the ends for extra strength. Paired with 16 mm inner ball and socket joints and 14 mm outer ends, this setup beefs up the weak points on stock tie rods while staying lighter.

Solid steel option: A 1 inch solid bar construction with heim joints that give you way more flex and adjustability—especially useful if you've gone to bigger rubber. Powder-coated to brush off rust and corrosion. Both versions run beefy 16 mm rack threads where it counts most.

Whichever you pick, you're getting inner boots, a steering stop kit, misalignment bushings, and all the hardware needed to bolt it on.
