What Makes It Work Better

The secret is the X24 Tech dual-bushing setup. There's a heavy-duty PTFE bushing at both ends of the rack that kills the extra play inside. Less movement means the tension spring stays almost perfectly still, so the whole assembly can absorb hard hits from rocks and rough ground without falling apart. You also get a built-in grease fitting, so after a muddy day you can actually keep things lubricated and running smooth.

Two Tie Rod Choices

Swaged tube tie rods: These use 7/8-inch diameter steel tubing that flares out at the ends for added strength without weighing things down. They come with 16 mm inner ball sockets and 14 mm outer tie rod ends, beefing up the spots where the OEM parts usually fail first.

Solid steel bar tie rods: If you want maximum durability, go with solid 1-inch steel bars paired with 3/4-inch outer heim joint ends. The inner tie rod ends are rebuildable (3/4 rod threads, 16 mm rack threads), so you can service them down the road instead of replacing the whole thing.

Both options come greasable, with inner boots and a steering stop kit included.
