Kawasaki Teryx RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion for Big Lift Kits

When you're running a big lift kit and oversized tires on your Teryx, your factory steering geometry gets pushed hard. Stock rack and pinion components wear out faster under that kind of load, and once the play starts, you lose precise steering feel and control. This RackBoss 2.0 replacement keeps your steering tight and responsive, no matter how aggressive your build gets.

SuperATV's RackBoss 2.0 uses a dual-bushing design with heavy-duty PTFE material at both ends of the rack. This cuts wear on the gears and spring tension in half compared to stock setups. The bushings stay lubricated through a built-in grease fitting, so maintenance is straightforward.

• Complete rack and pinion assembly with dual bushings
• Solid steel tie rods with Z-bend gussets for added bracing
• Inner ball sockets with 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads
• 14 mm outer tie rod ends

These aren't hollow or stamped—they're built from solid 1" steel bars with reinforced bends. The Z-shaped gussets add bracing where the stress hits hardest. Combined with the tight bushing action up front, you get steering that stays locked in without any creep or wandering.
