Built to Last

We made this thing out of a tough proprietary material called ARMW — a specialized blend of UHMW plastic that's way tougher than what Kawasaki put on your machine from the factory. At 1/2" thick, it resists bending and damage from hard impacts better than stock. The design includes a patent-pending interlocking system that keeps everything locked tight, and the material itself has almost no wear, so it'll hold up for years.

Flush Fit, No Snags

All the hardware sits countersunk so nothing sticks out to catch on rocks or brush. You'll slide over obstacles without hanging up, and mud and dirt don't pile up against the edges because of the built-in drain ports — cleanup when you get home is way faster. The whole plate is CNC-cut to match your machine exactly, so it goes on clean and stays put.

Installation

The interlocking design makes bolting it down straightforward. You get clear instructions and shouldn't need much time in the garage to get it done right. More time riding, less time wrenching.
