What you're getting

This is a complete bolt-on kickstand assembly made to handle real-world riding. The shaft is 4130 chromoly steel, the mounting bracket is heat-treated T1 carbon steel (about 10 times stronger than mild steel), and it comes with a heavy-duty steel spring that won't wear out from constant vibration and movement. Everything weighs 1.5 lbs total. The design keeps it tucked up and out of the way while you're riding so it won't catch on anything.

Chromoly is the same stuff they use in aircraft frames because it's tough and flexible at the same time. It won't bend or break under the weight of your bike like cheap aluminum would.
