Without protection down there, you're looking at costly damage that can end a ride—or worse, wreck your bike. This one mounts straight up with zero drilling required.
What You're Getting
The plate itself is made from 5052 H32 aircraft-grade aluminum and runs .160 inch thick—that's real meat on the frame. It comes with heavy-duty brackets and proprietary hardware that bolts right on without any tapping or hole-making into your bike. Installation is straightforward and takes maybe an hour.
The Finish
Out of the box, it ships with a clear anodize coating that adds a layer of corrosion protection. If you want something tougher-looking, you can add a black powder coat finish for an extra cost—just plan on waiting 1-2 weeks longer for that option to ship. Or, the surface comes prepped if you want to powder coat it yourself down the road.
