If you ride a KTM 450 XCF-W (2023–2026), this Ricochet skid plate is built to shield your bike's undercarriage from rocks, logs, roots, and whatever else the trail throws at you. Without protection down there, you're risking damage to your engine and frame that'll cost way more to fix than a skid plate costs upfront. This one bolts on without any drilling or modifications to your bike.
What You're Getting
The kit includes the skid plate itself plus all the hardware you need to mount it. It's made from 5052 H32 aircraft-grade aluminum, .160 inch thick—solid enough to take real punishment and light enough that it won't throw off your bike's balance. Everything comes with a clear anodize finish that adds a layer of corrosion protection right out of the box.
Installation
No drilling. No tapping. Ricochet designed this with heavy-duty brackets that work with your existing frame, so installation is straightforward. You don't need any special tools or modifications to get it mounted.
Finish Options
Standard clear anodize finish ships right away. If you want a durable black powder coat instead, you can add that—just know it'll tack on another 1–2 weeks before your order ships out. Black powder coat is the only color option available through us. Alternatively, the surface comes ready if you want to powder coat it yourself at a local shop.
