The Build

The skid plate itself is built to soak up hits. It's mounted with clamps made from heat-treated chrome-moly steel, so everything stays solid even after hard riding. Ricochet designs these to sit tight and not rattle around.

Want black instead of the standard finish? You can add a black powder coat for an extra $30. Fair warning though — if you choose that finish, plan on waiting an extra 1-2 weeks for it to ship out while it gets coated.
