What You're Getting

The windshield ships fully assembled, so installation is straightforward. A full-length foam gasket and bulb seal create a tight seal that stops rattling and wind noise. Heavy-duty clamps and a slip-proof metal cross brace hold everything solid. Gas struts keep the panel from slamming shut or bouncing around, and the latch mechanism stays locked through rough terrain.

The Material Matters

This uses polycarbonate, not glass or acrylic. It's roughly 250 times tougher than glass and 25 times stronger than acrylic—basically bulletproof against flying rocks, branches, and trail debris. SuperATV applies a proprietary hard coating to both sides that fights scratches and UV damage way better than standard coatings. You won't see yellowing, fading, or sun spots even after years of outdoor use.
