Polaris General 1000 MaxDrive Power Flip Glass Windshield

If you're running a Polaris General 1000 or General 4, you know the sun, wind, and dust can wear you down fast. This flip windshield lets you control your climate on the fly — drop it open for fresh air or raise it up to seal out the elements. Real glass gives you the clarity you need to see the trail ahead, and it won't cloud up or get milky like cheap plastic does.

The kit arrives fully assembled and ready to bolt on. You get the glass panel and frame, all the mounting brackets and clamps you need, heavy-duty electric actuators that'll keep working through rough terrain, hinges, gaskets, the wiring harness, and the rocker switch to control it from your seat. The whole system tightens down securely so there's no rattling as you bounce over rocks and ruts.

SuperATV built this with scratch-resistant glass that holds up against brush, sand, and whatever else you throw at it. There's a light tint baked in to cut down glare so your eyes aren't strained on long rides. You'll stay looking out clearly year after year, whether you're summer trail riding or winter hunting.

Mud and dust will find their way onto the glass no matter what. A motorized wiper blade cleans it off without you having to stop, and the washer pump sprays fluid to break up the grime. The motor tucks away when you're not using it. Everything plugs into pre-drilled holes using the included wiring and switch.

This MaxDrive system uses electric actuators, so you adjust it with a button while driving — no stopping, no reaching up. A manual flip-down windshield hinges down by hand and gives you full airflow, but you've got to stop the rig and get out to move it. Power flip costs more but saves you the hassle.
