Polaris General 1000 MaxDrive Power Flip Windshield

Keep dust, bugs, and trail spray off your face while you're out riding your Polaris General 1000. This power flip windshield lets you adjust airflow instantly—hit a button and change it from fully closed to wide open, or stop anywhere in between. No more stopping to fiddle with it or eating dirt on dusty trails.

How It Works

Electric actuators do the heavy lifting. They're strong enough to hold the windshield steady at whatever angle you pick, whether you're creeping through rocks or cruising open desert. Heavy-duty clamps grip the glass so tight it won't rattle or shift, and SuperATV pre-assembles the mounting brackets so you spend less time wrestling with hardware and more time riding.

The Windshield Itself

Quarter-inch polycarbonate is the real hero here. It's about 250 times tougher than regular glass, so flying rocks and thick branches won't shatter it. On top of that, SuperATV applies XR Optic Hard Coating to both sides. This coating fights scratches and UV damage, which means the windshield stays clear year after year instead of turning hazy and cloudy.

What You're Getting

The windshield comes with the electric motor, actuators, clamps, and pre-assembled brackets. You'll need a machine-specific mounting plate (sold separately) to bolt it all to your Polaris.
