Polaris General 1000 Sliding Rear Windshield

A rear windshield does a lot more than just look good on your Polaris General 1000 or General 4. It stops dust from swirling into your cab when you're running a front windshield, keeps sun and rain off your back, and lets you grab gear from your bed without climbing out. The sliding window here is the real game-changer—crack it open on hot days to get some airflow, or close it tight when the weather turns nasty.

What You're Getting

This comes as a complete rear windshield kit with a built-in FS Pro sliding window. SuperATV machines each one to fit your General's frame, then secures it with heavy-duty clamps and a rubber bulb seal so nothing rattles or shifts while you're working. No surprises, no extra hardware to chase down.

Why Polycarbonate Matters

Trail debris and flying rocks don't mess around, and neither does this windshield. It's built from 1/4" polycarbonate—that's 250 times tougher than regular glass and 25 times harder than acrylic. The material is also lightly tinted to cut down glare without darkening your view, and it's scratch-resistant so it won't cloud up no matter how much punishment the trail gives it.

Before ordering: This works with most soft or hard tops. It's not compatible with the Rockford Fosgate stereo system or the snorkel kit, so double-check if you're running either of those.
