Polaris General 2" Forward Offset Boxed A-Arms

Stock A-arms on your Polaris General won't cut it if you're running bigger tires or tackling rough terrain regularly. These boxed A-arms give you the clearance and strength to handle what you throw at them—plus they let you fit 30" tires without needing a lift kit.

The 2" forward offset design opens up real room underneath. You gain 1.5" of extra clearance, which means rocks, roots, and uneven ground that used to bang into your stock arms now slide right under you. That same offset also lets you run 30" tires on your General without a lift, keeping things stable and planted on the trail.

These aren't hollow tubes. The boxed construction uses 1/8" heavy-duty steel plate with internal gussets, all hand-welded with TIG for a clean, strong bond. SuperATV pre-installs your choice of ball joints, and everything gets a UV-resistant powder coat to fight rust and sun damage. You're looking at a set built to last, backed by a lifetime warranty.

You've got four choices depending on your riding style and budget:

• Super Duty 300M: Uses 300M grade steel and a steel-on-steel design—2.25x stronger than stock. Greaseable and adjustable.
• Keller: Two-piece design that threads on like a bolt, so it won't pull out. Chromoly stud with tool-steel body, fully rebuildable and greaseable.
• Heavy Duty: Hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating. Can handle double the load of OEM joints. Comes with accessible grease points.
• Standard Duty: Chromoly steel construction, zinc-plated, matches or beats stock strength without the cost.

Adding a lift or extra weight throws off your camber angle, which kills ride quality and eats tires fast. These A-arms come with adjustable pivot blocks already set to factory specs, so you can dial everything back in when you modify your setup.

If you order a ball joint set with your A-arms, SuperATV will install them for you at no charge. Saves you time and money, and you get to spend your weekend riding instead of wrenching.

If you don't choose a pre-installed ball joint option, you'll need to reuse your existing ones. The A-arms fit 2016 and newer Polaris General models—note that they do NOT work on 4-seat versions.
