Polaris General 2" Forward Offset Boxed A-Arms

Your General takes a beating on the trail, and stock A-arms just aren't built for it. These boxed A-arms swap in to give you real strength where you need it most—plus the room to fit bigger tires without lifting the machine. The 2" forward offset and extra 1.5" ground clearance mean you can run 30" tires right out of the box and clear obstacles that would've caught your factory arms before.

What You're Getting

The package includes a set of boxed A-arms ready to bolt on. You've got a choice on ball joints—go with SuperATV's Super Duty 300M, Keller, Heavy Duty, or Standard Duty options. If you pick ball joints at checkout, we'll pre-install them for free and you're done. If you don't, you'll reuse your stock ball joints. Adjustable pivot blocks come built in so you can dial in camber after adding a lift or weight.

Built Tough

These arms start with 1/8" heavy-duty steel plating and internal gussets throughout—everything hand TIG welded for real durability. The whole thing gets a UV-resistant powder coat to stand up to sun and mud. A lifetime warranty backs your purchase, so you can ride hard knowing you're covered.

Ball Joint Options

Super Duty 300M: Made from 300M grade steel with a grease zerk and adjustable steel-on-steel design. 2.25x stronger than stock and built to last.

Keller: Two-piece design that threads on like a bolt—no snap ring to worry about. Chromoly stud and advanced tool-steel body, and they're greaseable and rebuildable.

Heavy Duty: Hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating handles double the pressure of OEM joints. Grease zerk included, adjustable, and field-tested for real-world abuse.

Standard Duty: Hardened chromoly steel studs and housings, zinc plated throughout. OEM quality without the OEM price tag.
