The Ricochet skid plate and guard system for your 2016-2019 Polaris General 4 1000 is built to take the hits that come with serious trail time. Rocks, logs, stumps, and rough ground can tear up your undercarriage fast — this system keeps your valuable parts protected so you can ride hard without worrying. It's made right here in the USA and fits these models like it was born on them.
You get a full setup: frame skid plates to cover the bottom, rock sliders on the sides to stop side impacts, A-arm guards to protect your suspension, and rear linkage guards for the back end. Everything bolts on clean and tight to your frame. The system comes in two materials depending on what you want — you can go aluminum if you prefer lighter weight and good looks, or UHMW plastic if you want maximum toughness and don't mind the added heft.

About Black Powder Coat
If you want that black powder coat finish on some or all of your pieces, here's what to know: you'll pay extra and it'll take an additional 1–2 weeks to ship since everything gets coated after it's built. You've got two choices on which pieces to coat.
Visible pieces only: $130 extra. This coats your A-arm guards and rock sliders — great if you go with UHMW skids and want just the aluminum bits to be black and shiny.
Complete coat: $260 extra. Every piece gets the black finish — front bash plate, A-arm guards, rock sliders, rear linkage guards, and frame skids.
