Your Polaris General 4-seater takes a beating on the trail, and your frame shouldn't have to absorb every rock, branch, and debris hit. These side-protection bars mount straight to your frame and handle the impact so your machine stays looking solid.

What You're Getting

The bars themselves are built from 1.75-inch diameter steel tube, bolted directly to the frame with M10 hardware. SuperATV finishes them with a tough, UV-resistant powder coat that holds up to sun, mud, and constant abuse. The setup also includes machined steel endcaps on each side — these aren't just decorative. They're designed to deflect or soak up side hits without caving in or bending the tube underneath. The whole package is shaped to match your General's lines, so it looks like it belongs there.

Materials and Build

The heavy-gauge tubing is the real workhorse here. Paired with the steel endcaps and that powder coat finish, you're looking at a system that'll take years of rough riding without rusting through or losing its look. The M10 bolts grip directly to frame points, so there's no welding needed and no weak spots.

What Fits What

These bars fit Polaris General 4 models from 2017 and newer. They do NOT work with the General XP 4 1000 (2020 and up) — different frame geometry there.

One heads-up: installation does require drilling one hole per bar into the frame. If you've run factory nerf bars before, it's the same spot, so you can use an existing hole if it's already there.
