Description
Winter riding doesn't have to mean freezing in your cab. This heater pulls warm coolant straight from your engine and circulates it through your Polaris General to keep you comfortable when temperatures drop. You get cab vents for heating and defrost vents to clear your windshield so you can actually see where you're going. Everything mounts cleanly under the dash and looks factory-installed when you're done.
What You Get
SuperATV includes all the hoses, mounting brackets sized for your General, drill bits, and clamps you need to get this running. The radiator hoses handle temperatures from -40°F all the way to 285°F, so they won't fail whether your engine's running hot or it's freezing outside. You also get two defrost vents that route through your dash, plus adjustable temperature and fan speed controls so you can dial in exactly what feels right.
Installation is Straightforward
Unlike some heater kits that turn into weekend projects, this one goes together without a fight. Hoses, tubing, clamps, and hose pliers all come in the box. The unit sits on the passenger side with a vent running to the driver's side, giving you even heat across the whole cab. Most people get it sorted in a couple hours.
Optional Add-Ons
Got passengers in the back? You can add a second-row heater that mounts between the rear seats in a steel box. They get their own fan controls so everyone stays warm. There's also a quick-start flow valve that cuts warm-up time in half, and an idle flow pump that keeps heat flowing even when you're running slow. A Polaris General grille cover helps trap more warmth by blocking airflow through the radiator during winter rides.
