Polaris General Full Windshield

Trail debris, flying rocks, and weather can turn a ride miserable fast. A good windshield keeps all that stuff out of your face and cab while you're out there. This full windshield bolts onto your Polaris General and shields you from whatever the trail kicks up, plus rain, wind, and cold air—without the scratches and cloudiness that come with cheaper windshields over time.

What You're Getting

The windshield comes ready to mount with clamps and a pre-installed rubber seal already attached. Installation takes about 15 minutes, and you can pull it off in a couple of minutes whenever you want. The mounting hardware fits tight with no rattle, and the seal keeps water and dust from sneaking in around the edges.

Material That Actually Works

Polycarbonate is what you want here—it's tough stuff. This 1/4" thick material is 250 times stronger than glass and 25 times tougher than acrylic, so rocks and branches won't shatter it. SuperATV's scratch-resistant polycarbonate with the XR Optic Hard Coating resists both scratching and UV damage. You won't get that hazy, yellowed look after a long summer of riding.

Full vs. Flip Options

You get two choices here. A full windshield gives you complete coverage and works with wipers and defrosters—best if you want set-it-and-forget-it protection in cold or wet weather. A flip windshield lets you switch between closed, vented, and open positions for quick airflow adjustments when conditions change. Flip models need a bit more maintenance on the seals and hinges.
