Polaris General XP 1000 MaxDrive Power Flip Glass Windshield

This flip glass unit for your Polaris General XP 1000 lets you control airflow on the fly—push a button and open it up when you want fresh air, or keep it closed to block wind and dust. The glass is tough and stays crystal clear, so your visibility doesn't fade even after seasons of abuse from rocks, branches, and trail grime.

What You're Getting

The kit comes fully loaded. You get the glass and frame assembly, all the brackets and clamps you need, two electric actuators that do the heavy lifting, hinges, gaskets, seals, a wiring harness, and a rocker switch to control it all. Everything mounts up using the factory bolt holes on your machine.

There's also an optional wiper and washer kit available separately if you want to keep that glass spotless while you're driving. It includes a wiper blade and arm, the motor to run it, a washer fluid reservoir, hose, mounting brackets, wiring, and its own rocker switch.

Build and Materials

SuperATV built this with real glass—not plastic—so it stays scratch-resistant no matter how many miles you rack up. The frame is heavy-duty steel with a clean look and a wide viewing angle. You'll find beefy clamps holding everything tight, so there's no rattle or movement even on rough ground. The glass has a light tint that cuts glare without dimming your view.

The seal system is pre-installed, which means less fussing around during setup. It keeps wind and water out, and your heat or air-con stays right where you want it.

MaxDrive Power Flip vs. Manual Flip Down

Not sure which style is right for you? Here's the difference:

• This power flip model: Adjust the glass from inside the cab while driving. More wiring and electronics, but total convenience.
• Manual flip down: You open and close it by hand. Simpler setup, fewer components, but you have to stop to change it.

Pick the power version if you like tweaking your airflow without stopping. Go manual if you want basic and straightforward.
