Running bigger tires and tackling rougher terrain means your stock A-arms are working overtime. These Atlas Pro 1.5 Forward Offset A-arms are built to handle the load—they're the beefiest units we make, with tubing that's half again thicker than what came from the factory.

Bigger Tubing, Stronger Build

The main difference here is the tubing diameter: 1.5 inches versus 1.0 inches on stock arms, and 0.25 inches larger than our standard A-arm lineup. That extra material means real strength when you're pushing hard on the trail. SuperATV applies a powder coat finish to keep rust and corrosion from eating away at them over time.

More Ground Clearance, Better Stance

These arms sit higher thanks to redesigned bends that give you 1.5 inches of additional clearance. You'll sail over rocks and branches without constantly dragging the frame. The 1.5 forward offset also stretches your wheelbase, which translates to better balance. All of this happens without needing a separate lift kit—the geometry of the arms does the work for you. You can run up to 29-inch tires comfortably.

Pivot Blocks Come Ready to Go

The pivot blocks arrive set to match your stock machine specifications. If you decide later to add a lift or go with larger rubber, you can adjust the camber to keep tire wear even. Leave them as-is if your setup stays stock—no guesswork needed.

Heim Joint Option for Maximum Adjustability

Want more tuning ability? Choose the version with dual heim joints instead. These ball-and-socket connections work seamlessly with GDP Portals (3/4 bore, 7/8 threads) and make camber adjustments simple, even without going through the pivot blocks.

Ball Joint Choices

You get two options here. The heavy-duty ball joints use hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating and can handle double the load of factory units. Step up to the Super-Duty 300M joints—made from premium 300M grade steel—and you're getting 2.25 times the strength of OEM joints. Both designs include accessible grease zerks for maintenance and an adjustable layout so you can keep everything dialed in.

Pre-Assembly Available

If you buy ball joints with your A-arms, we'll install them at no extra charge. That saves you time in the garage and gets you on the trail faster. Keep in mind: if you don't pick pre-installed joints, you'll need to reuse your existing stock ball joints.
