Polaris Ranger 1000 Atlas Pro 1.5" Forward Offset A-Arms

Running bigger tires or hauling tough loads on your Polaris Ranger 1000? Stock A-arms can feel pretty wimpy when you're putting real work on your machine. These Atlas Pro 1.5 Forward Offset A-arms give you way more meat and ground clearance so you can tackle terrain without worrying about hanging up on rocks, roots, and rough ground.

The biggest difference you'll notice is how much larger these are compared to what came on your Ranger. We bumped the tubing up to 1.5 in diameter—that's a full 0.5 inch bigger than stock and 0.25 larger than our standard arms. More material means more strength, and that's exactly what you get here. The whole thing is coated in powder to keep rust from taking hold, so they'll look good and last longer even when you're muddy and wet all the time.

The 1.5 forward offset gives you real benefits. You get an extra 1.5 inches of ground clearance so you won't catch every rock or low branch out there. The longer wheelbase helps your machine feel planted and stable, and you can run tires up to 29 inches without needing a lift kit. Everything works together to make your ride smoother and more capable.

We've already set the pivot blocks to match your stock setup, so if you want to bolt them on and ride, you're good to go. If you add a lift kit or bigger rubber later, you can adjust the camber to keep tire wear even.

You've got choices here. Our heavy-duty ball joints use 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating and grease zerks for easy maintenance—they handle roughly twice what OEM joints can take. If you want the strongest option available, go with the Super-Duty 300M grade steel joints. They're adjustable steel-on-steel design and 2.25 times tougher than stock. Both come with accessible grease fittings so you can keep them serviced.

You're getting a complete set of Atlas Pro A-arms built by SuperATV, ready to bolt on your Ranger. The dual heim joint option works perfectly with GDP Portals if you're running those (3/4 bore, 7/8 threads). Ball joints are sold separately unless you choose pre-assembly.
