Polaris Ranger 1000 Atlas Pro 2" Forward Offset A-Arms

When you're pushing your Ranger 1000 harder—bigger tires, rougher terrain, more aggressive riding—your stock A-arms are holding you back. These control arms give you the beef you need to handle serious abuse without worry. Built with 1.5" diameter tubing and a 2" forward offset, they're bigger than stock and tougher than what came on your machine.

What You're Getting

The package includes the A-arms themselves, adjustable pivot blocks for camber tuning, and a matched tie rod kit made from chromoly. The pivot blocks arrive pre-set to your Ranger's factory specs, so you can bolt them on and ride—no fiddling required unless you want to dial things in yourself.

Built for Trail Punishment

SuperATV's tubing measures 1.5" in diameter with 0.183" wall thickness—that's serious material. The whole assembly gets powder coated to resist wear and corrosion. These aren't delicate parts. They're made to absorb the pounding from rocks, roots, and rough ground without bending or cracking.

The 2" forward offset does two jobs at once: it moves your ball joints forward, which stretches your wheelbase for better stability, and it clears the way to run 33" tires up front without a lift kit. You get more ground clearance and a wider stance without extra parts.

Tie Rods That Match

The included tie rod kit is built from solid chromoly steel with heavy-duty heim ends. They're sized and strengthened to work with the bigger offset tubes, so everything works together instead of one piece limiting the others.

Ball Joint Options

You have three choices here. The heavy-duty option uses 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating and handles roughly double the load of factory joints. Step up to the Super Duty 300M, and you're looking at 2.25 times the strength of stock, built from the toughest ball joint steel available. If you're building a serious rock crawler or mud machine, the 7/8" double heim joints are the ultimate option for pure holding power.

You can also buy just the A-arms and reuse your existing ball joints if you prefer.
