6" Lift Kit for Polaris Ranger 1000 Diesel
Running stock height limits what you can really do out there. A proper lift opens up clearance for bigger tires, lets you clear rocks and obstacles you'd otherwise drag over, and gives you room to stack on additional upgrades down the road. This 6" kit is built to actually work—not just look the part on a trailer.
Built Stronger Than Stock
Everything in this kit is beefed up. The A-arms use 1.25" x .138" wall steel DOM tubing, which is 75% thicker than what Polaris bolts on from the factory, with reinforcing cross braces welded in for extra rigidity. Tie rods are 7/8" solid chromoly bar. Lift brackets are 4.5mm heavy-duty steel. These aren't marginal upgrades—they're real improvements you'll feel when you're pushing hard on rough terrain.
You get your choice of two axle options: the Rhino 2.0 or the X300. The X300 uses 300M steel shafts with oversized CVs designed to flex under load and absorb punishment that would normally wreck a standard CV, differential, or transmission. It's the stronger pick if you're stacking this lift with portal gearboxes or running aggressive terrain regularly.
Keeps Your Ranger Drivable
A lot of lift kits wreck your turning radius and make the ride feel jacked up and disconnected. This one doesn't. The geometry is dialed in so your Ranger still turns like a Ranger, and the suspension keeps doing what it's supposed to—soaking up bumps and keeping you comfortable. You get 6" of height without the headaches.
