Polaris Ranger 1000 High Clearance 1.5" Forward Offset A-Arms

Stock A-arms on your Polaris Ranger 1000 weren't built to handle serious trail work day after day. They're prone to bending and cracking under real abuse. These high-clearance A-arms swap in to give you much thicker, stronger arms that'll take whatever you throw at them—plus you'll fit bigger tires and get noticeably better ground clearance in the process.

Built Heavier Than Factory Parts

The tubing is 25% thicker than what Polaris bolts on from the factory. That extra mass means these arms won't flex or fail like stock suspension does after a season or two of hard riding. You get a 1.5-inch forward offset built into the geometry, which lifts the attachment points and gives you more room between the frame and the trail below.

More Ground Clearance, Bigger Tire Fitment

The high-clearance bends push the arms up and out, gaining you an extra 1.5 inches of clearance. That's enough to roll over obstacles that would've clipped your chassis before. The offset geometry also improves stability through turns and rough terrain, making your Ranger feel more planted. You can now fit tires up to 28.5 inches without running a lift kit.

Powder-Coated Finish

SuperATV applies a UV-resistant powder coat that protects the steel from weather and looks sharp doing it. The thicker 1.5-inch tubing diameter is visible too—your machine looks tougher because it is.

Adjustable Camber, Pre-Set from the Factory

Adjustable pivot blocks come standard so you can dial in camber if you need to after other mods. They arrive pre-adjusted to stock spec, so you don't have to touch them unless you want to prevent premature tire wear down the road.

Ball Joint Options

You can choose your ball joints or have SuperATV pre-install them free when you order. If you skip the upgrade, you'll reuse your stock ball joints.

Heavy-Duty Ball Joints: Built from hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating. They come with accessible grease zerks and can handle double the load of factory joints.

Super Duty 300M Ball Joints: Made from 300M grade steel for maximum strength—2.25 times stronger than stock. Steel-on-steel design with an accessible grease zerk keeps them easy to maintain.

Keller Ball Joints: Two-piece design that threads on like a nut and bolt, so they won't pull out. Chromoly steel stud and tool-steel body. Greaseable and rebuildable for long-term durability on bigger builds.
