Polaris Ranger 500 Plastic Roof

Keep the sun, rain, and trail spray off your back while you're out riding your Polaris Ranger 500. A roof gives you real shelter so you can focus on the trail instead of the weather. This one comes in two different styles depending on what you want.

What You're Choosing Between

There's a standard option and a deluxe option. The standard roof is built from two flat pieces of 1/8" plastic and works with most windshields, though it has some limits if you want to add aftermarket glass later. The deluxe model steps it up with a single solid panel made from thicker 1/4" plastic, plus decorative trim that stiffens the whole thing and looks cleaner. You'll get better windshield compatibility with the deluxe — it plays nice with nearly any aftermarket windshield or mirror you throw at it. The deluxe also bolts on faster.

What Comes With It

You get everything needed to bolt it down — heavy-duty clamps, bolts, and washers included. There's also a full-color instruction sheet so you know exactly where everything goes. The fasteners are beefy enough to stay tight even on rough terrain and gnarly trails.

Materials and Build

SuperATV makes both versions from durable plastic that resists weathering and holds up to brush, branches, and flying debris. The deluxe's thicker material and reinforced trim give it more rigidity so it won't flex or rattle over bumps.

Note: The standard roof won't work with flip-style windshields. If you're planning to add one, go with the deluxe.
