Your Polaris Ranger 500 takes a beating from the elements—rain, mud, dust, and flying debris all wear on you and your cab. This flip windshield lets you choose your level of protection depending on what you're facing. Close it up tight when weather turns nasty, crack it open for some airflow on a mild day, or flip it completely out of the way when you want full sun and wind in your face.

How It Works

The windshield hinges open and closed smoothly thanks to heavy-duty gas struts that hold it exactly where you want it. A bulb seal and foam gasket keep air and moisture from sneaking into the cab when it's shut. Steel cross braces and robust clamps take out vibrations so you get a quieter ride on rough ground. It ships partially assembled, so you're not spending half your day bolting things together.

The Material

This uses 1/4" polycarbonate—the same stuff they use for bulletproof shields. It's 250 times tougher than regular glass and won't shatter if you take a branch or rock to the face. SuperATV coats it with an XR Optic hard finish that resists scratches and blocks UV rays so it won't turn yellow sitting in the sun. Ride hard and your windshield will look just as clear months later.
