Adjustable Vents That Actually Work

The big difference here is the vent system. You get three positions—fully shut, halfway open, and completely open—so you dial in exactly the airflow you want. No fussing around, no rattling loose when you hit rough terrain. The vents stay put no matter how hard you're pushing your machine.

What You Get

The windshield comes with all the hardware you need to bolt it on: vent covers, bulb seal, and heavy-duty clamps that lock everything down tight. Installation takes a couple hours tops—just attach the seal, mount the clamps to your frame, and you're done.

Materials and Construction

This windshield is molded from 1/4-inch polycarbonate, a material that's way tougher than acrylic or glass. It shrugs off flying rocks and branches without cracking. On top of that, both sides get a coat of XR Optic Hard Coating—SuperATV's scratch-resistant treatment that also blocks UV so your windshield won't yellow or fade sitting in the sun.

Flip vs. Full: Which One?

Flip Windshields: Give you total protection when closed, but swing open for that open-air feeling. Handy when conditions change fast, but they're heavier and have more moving parts to maintain.

Vented Full Windshields: Stay mounted and give you steady protection with controllable airflow through the vents. Simpler setup, fewer hinges to worry about, and they work with wipers and washers. You won't get quite as much maximum ventilation as a flip model, but you get reliable, no-fuss protection.
