Your Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000 NorthStar hauls six people through rough country, and that means the frame and undercarriage take a beating from rocks, roots, and whatever else is hiding in the trail. This full frame skid plate set with a front bash plate is your best defense — it absorbs the hits so your frame and cab stay intact instead of getting dented up.
What You're Getting
The kit includes a complete frame skid plate set plus a reinforced front bash plate, along with all the bolts and hardware you need for a solid bolt-on install.

This is made for the six-seat Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000 NorthStar (2018-2026). Make sure you grab the right SKU for your model year — they're listed at the bottom.
Three Material Options
3/16" 5052-H32 Aircraft Grade Aluminum — This is the straight-up tough choice. Heavy-duty aluminum that takes impacts and keeps its shape. Pick this if you want rock-solid protection and don't mind a bit of extra weight.
Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW Layer — Here's a hybrid: 3/16" aircraft grade aluminum frame skids with a self-lubricating UHMW layer bonded on top. It slides over rocks and debris easier than straight aluminum while keeping that strength. The rest of the pieces (bash plate and other components) stay as 3/16" aluminum. Good middle ground for mixed terrain.
1/2" UHMW Frame Skids — Only for 2021-2025 models. This is thick, self-lubricating UHMW that glides over rocky and rooted terrain like nothing. If you're constantly grinding over gnarly trails, this is your move.

Black Powder Coat Option
Want it to look sharp and stay looking sharp? You can add a black powder coat finish to the aluminum pieces for an extra $140. Looks aggressive, holds up great over time. Just know that powder coat orders take an extra 1-2 weeks to ship out — it's worth the wait if you want that finished look.
One heads-up: UHMW can't be powder coated, so the coating is only available if you go with one of the aluminum kits.
