Which Year and Material Do You Need?

Pick your model year first, then choose your material. The SKU tells you what's inside:

• 2018 — SKU: 780 / 780-P
• 2019-2020 — SKU: 960 / 960-P
• 2021-2025 — SKU: 994 / 994-U
• 2026 — SKU: 994-25 / 994-25-P

Material codes: No suffix = 3/16" aluminum | -P = hybrid (3/16" aluminum + 1/4" UHMW plastic) | -U = 1/2" UHMW plastic

Three Material Options

Straight aluminum (3/16"): Tough and rigid. Won't flex. Best if you hit hard terrain and want maximum stopping power against impacts.

Hybrid with UHMW layer (-P): Aluminum core with a self-lubricating plastic layer on top. The plastic helps you slide over rocks and roots instead of catching, while the aluminum backbone keeps everything solid. Good middle ground for mixed riding.

Thick UHMW plastic (1/2", -U only): Pure plastic that self-lubricates — slides right over sharp rocks and rooted ground. Lighter feel. Only available for 2021-2025 models.

Black Powder Coat Option

If you want the plates to look finished and stand out, you can add a black powder coat for $140. It's a clean, durable black finish that holds up to the elements. Fair warning: powder coat adds 1-2 weeks to the ship time.
