Rock Sliders for Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000 Northstar Edition (2018-2026)
Your Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000 Northstar Edition's sides take a beating on the trail — rocks, stumps, logs, and all kinds of debris can wreck your panels and frame. That's what these rock sliders are for. They bolt straight to your rig and shield the vulnerable spots that cost the most to replace. Comes as a complete left and right set with everything you need to bolt them down.

Figure Out Your Year and SKU
Make sure you pick the right one for your model year:
- 2018 — SKU: 780FB / 780FB-P
- 2019 — SKU: 960FB / 960FB-P
- 2020-2026 — SKU: 990FB / 990FB-P
The letters at the end tell you the material: FB means 3/16" aluminum only. FB-P means 3/16" aluminum with a 1/4" UHMW plastic layer bonded on top.
2019 owners heads up: If you've got stock frame skids or plastic belly pans, you'll need to trim those pieces so our sliders fit right. Check out our installation video for the exact steps.
Material Choices
3/16" 5052 H-32 Aluminum (FB): Pure aluminum construction gives you rock-solid strength and doesn't flex when you hit something hard. Pick this if you want straightforward, dependable protection that'll last.
3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW Plastic Layer (FB-P): The UHMW layer on top is self-lubricating, so rocks and logs slide off instead of catching. Good move if you run mixed terrain and want the toughness of aluminum plus the glide of plastic.
Add Black Powder Coat if You Want It
You can order these sliders with a black powder coat finish for an extra $125. Looks sharp and gives you a more finished appearance. Just know that adding powder coat will push your ship date back about 1-2 weeks.
