A worn-out stock rack develops slop, makes steering feel mushy, and wears out fast. The RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion fixes that problem with a dual-bushing setup that cuts internal play and keeps your steering crisp year after year.

How It Works

SuperATV built this rack with X24 Tech—heavy-duty PTFE bushings on both ends that eliminate the wiggle and play you get from a tired stock unit. Fewer moving parts inside means less wear. Less wear means it'll outlast the competition by a long shot. A built-in grease fitting lets you keep everything lubricated after muddy or watery runs, so it stays fresh.

Two Tie Rod Choices

Swaged Steel Tube: Lighter weight without giving up strength. The 7/8" diameter tube is swaged for better durability than plain tubing. Comes with 16 mm inner ball sockets and 14 mm outer tie rod ends. Good for regular riding and day-to-day use.

Solid Steel Bar: The beefier option for serious abuse. A solid 1" steel rod paired with heftier 3/4" outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rods. Built to handle big tires through rough ground and rocky terrain without backing down.
