Polaris Ranger Midsize 400/500/800/EV Scratch Resistant Full Windshield

A full windshield keeps all of that off you and your passenger so you can focus on the job or the ride ahead. It's the difference between a miserable day and actually enjoying yourself in the cab.

What You Get

Installation takes minutes, not hours. The windshield comes with a bulb seal already attached along the top and heavy-duty clamps that grip your cage tight—no rattling, no shifting around. Everything you need is in the box, and the fit is dead-on to your Ranger's frame.

Why Polycarbonate Matters

Polycarbonate is tough stuff. It's 25 times stronger than acrylic and 250 times harder than plain glass. That means branches, rocks, and impact won't crack it. You're getting a windshield that actually stands up to real trail work and play without letting you down.

Scratch-Resistant Coating Option

The standard polycarbonate is solid on its own, but if you want extra insurance against scratches and scuffs, you can add the XR Optic Hard Coating. It keeps your windshield looking clear and new longer, blocks UV rays so the plastic won't yellow, and handles abrasion from brush and dust.

Full vs. Vented Full

Full Windshield: Straight-up protection. No moving parts, simple setup, and complete coverage. Pick this if you want the tightest seal and don't want to think about it.

Vented Full Windshield: Same full coverage but with adjustable vents you can open or close to control airflow and cut down on fogging. The vented style also works with wipers if that matters for your setup.
