Description
Keep the sun and weather off your face while staying in control of your view—that's what this power flip windshield does for your 2024+ Polaris Ranger XD 1500. Push a button and it goes up, down, or anywhere in between. No more climbing out to adjust it manually, and no more being stuck with one position when conditions change.
What You Get
The kit comes with the polycarbonate windshield, heavy-duty mounting clamps, electric actuators, a wiring harness with a clean routing guide, and everything you need to bolt it to your machine. Installation is straightforward on any XD 1500 model.
Built to Handle Real Work
The windshield is made from 1/4 inch polycarbonate—that's the same material used in bulletproof glass. It laughs off flying rocks, branches, and trail debris without cracking or shattering. Compared to regular glass, this stuff is 250 times tougher. It'll also outlast acrylic by a huge margin.
SuperATV applies a hard-coat finish called XR Optic on both sides of the shield. This coating fights scratches, UV fading, and general wear. Even after years of abuse, it stays clear instead of turning cloudy or discolored.
The Actuators Keep Things Solid
Those electric motors are strong enough to hold the windshield steady at any angle while you're bouncing over rough ground. The clamps are hefty and won't loosen up or rattle—they stay put trip after trip.
