Built Bigger, Built Tougher
These aren't just slightly thicker arms—they're a complete step up. The tubing measures 1.5 inches in diameter with 0.138-inch-thick walls, which is 0.25 inches larger than our standard control arms and a full 0.5 inches bigger than what Polaris bolts on from the factory. More metal means the suspension soaks up abuse and keeps you moving forward. A UV-resistant powder coat protects against rust and weather damage, so they'll look and work right for years.

The 1.5 Forward Offset
Moving the ball joint forward by 1.5 inches stretches your wheelbase and gives you an extra 1.5 inches of ground clearance. You'll roll over obstacles that used to force a detour. The bigger diameter also lets you run 29-inch tires without lifting the machine, keeping things planted and stable.
Ball Joint Options
You have two choices here. The Heavy-Duty option uses hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating and grease zerks for easy maintenance—it handles roughly twice the load of a factory ball joint. The Super Duty 300M step up uses premium 300M-grade steel and sits 2.25 times stronger than stock, with an adjustable steel-on-steel design that stays tuned.
