Your stock A-arms can only take so much punishment before they start to fail. These Atlas Pro A-arms for the Polaris Ranger XP 1000 are built bigger and stronger to handle what you throw at them — whether that's rocky terrain, branches, or just riding hard day after day.

Beefier Tubing That Actually Matters

The difference starts with the material. These arms use 1.5" diameter tubing with 0.138" thick walls — that's 0.25" larger than our standard A-arms and a full 0.5" bigger than what came on your Ranger. More steel means more strength to resist bending and denting when you're pushing through rough country.

We finish them with a UV-resistant powder coat that keeps rust and corrosion at bay. SuperATV backs these with a lifetime warranty, so you can ride without worrying about failure.

Extra Ground Clearance and Tire Clearance

The 1.5" forward offset moves the ball joint forward, which does two things: it gives you an extra 1.5" of ground clearance so you can clear rocks and stumps that would've caught your stock arms, and it lets you run up to 29" tires without needing a lift kit. Your wheelbase gets longer too, which means better stability when you're pushing hard.

Adjustable Camber Setup

Bigger tires and more ground clearance can throw off your camber angle if you're not careful — that leads to uneven tire wear. These arms come with adjustable pivot blocks so you can dial in the right camber. We pre-adjust them to match your stock specs, so you don't have to mess with them unless you want to.

Ball Joint Options

You've got two choices here. The heavy-duty version uses 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating and can handle double the pressure of factory ball joints. The Super Duty 300M option steps it up even further — 300M steel is the strongest material we use, and this design is 2.25x stronger than stock. Both come with easy-to-reach grease zerks and an adjustable design for maintenance.

Double Heim Joints Available

If you run GDP Portals and want to skip ball joints altogether, we offer these arms with double heim joints instead. They feature a 3/4" bore and 7/8" threads, and camber adjustment stays simple.

Pre-Assembly Option

Order your ball joints at checkout and we'll install them on the arms before shipping — saves you time in the garage and gets you on the trail faster. If you don't add ball joints, you'll need to reuse your stock ones.
